Delivery & Shipping

Free Standard Delivery:
We offer free standard delivery for orders of £100 or above (UK Mainland only).

Standard Shipping:
For orders under £100, or if you choose express delivery, shipping costs will be displayed in your cart at checkout.

Remote Areas:
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands (postcodes IV, KW, PH, AB, DD, PA), or the Channel Islands. These charges will be shown before payment.

Delivery Times:
Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on the item and location.

Safe Place & Neighbour Delivery:
If you request delivery to a "safe place" (e.g. doorstep, porch, garage) or authorise delivery to a neighbour, you agree to take full responsibility for the parcel once it is marked as delivered by the courier.
Parkland Music cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the delivery has been successfully made to the authorised location or individual.
If the product was damaged in transit (e.g. crushed box), please report this within 14 days of delivery and before use. Retain packaging and send clear photos for a damage claim.


Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available at checkout.
We require 1–2 working days to prepare your order after receipt.
Once ready, we will contact you by email, SMS or WhatsApp for collection.


Returns, Cancellations & Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return:
Please contact us before sending the item back. All returns must reach us within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided all conditions are met.

Return Conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Complete with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and included items
  • Securely packed for safe return (preferably in original packaging)

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Potential Deductions:
A deduction may be made if:

  • The item has been handled more than necessary (e.g., used)
  • Parts, packaging, or accessories are missing
  • The product arrives back in unsellable condition

Return Liability:
If the returned item is lost or damaged in transit due to the customer’s responsibility, Parkland Music is not liable for compensation or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and copyright reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following once opened or registered:

  • Reeds, mouthpieces, and any wind/brass items that touch the mouth
  • In-ear monitors, headphones, earplugs
  • Software, CDs, DVDs once opened or registered
  • Custom/special orders
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging

Faulty Items & Warranty

All products are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty.

Within 30 Days:
If a product develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days, we will collect and replace or refund it at no charge.

After 30 Days:
The customer may be responsible for return shipping, but we can assist with collection (charges may apply based on size/weight).

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty excludes faults due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.

If No Fault Found:
We may return the product and charge for shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Please retain the original packaging and take clear photos of the item and box to assist with our claim process.
We are unable to accept responsibility for damage reported after 14 days.


Order Rejection & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch if:

  • An item becomes unavailable
  • There is a listing or pricing error
  • The transaction appears fraudulent
  • In such cases, any payment made will be refunded promptly.

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Parkland Music until full payment has been received and cleared.
